About Me

I am an executive career coach and Technical Director with over 20 years’ experience leading the environmental and sustainability strategies on complex infrastructure programmes and managing teams of specialists. I am the first generation in my family to earn a university degree and built my career from the ground up—moving to London with limited English and and began my career working in a laboratory testing contaminated land progressing into senior leadership.

My coaching is grounded in real-world leadership experience, not theory. I understand the pressure, ambiguity, and responsibility that come with senior roles, and I support leaders navigating growth, transition, and complexity.

I provide practical, confidential, and outcome-focused coaching. My style balances support with challenge, helping clients gain clarity on their direction, strengthen leadership presence, and make confident decisions.
